Good morning! It’s short and sweet today, because I really don’t want to fill the post with words. I simply want to thank and praise The Lord for His limitless and abundant blessings to His followers. We’ve been studying a lot at church about the fact that if we say we love Jesus and are a follower of Him, then we should be showing it with our actions, not just providing lip service. Our pastor mentioned last night: How can we say we love Jesus and are following Him if we don’t love the things He loved, don’t attend His church, don’t serve, don’t give, don’t surrender our lives to Him, don’t live in obedience? If we treated our friends and family with the casualness that we treat the things of God, they wouldn’t believe we loved them. This is so very true. We need to live in such a way that truly embodies the definition of a “follower”. When we do, there is no limit to what God can do in us, through us, and for us.
So today, I am so very thankful for a God who goes beyond the old saying “the sky is the limit”. When we truly follow Him, His love and blessings reach beyond the sky, farther than we can ever imagine.
